Kidsline and WHAM
I thought of an idea for a sponsor on our WHAM poster. The Branding Crew came up with the brainstorm of putting Kidsline on our poster. So Mr Meadows asked me if I could phone up Kidsline and ask them if we could use their number or website on our poster. They said "Yes we can!" So I also said that if they want any more information they can ring up Stanhope Road School. On Friday 20 September a small group of students with their leader came up to WHAM and talked about Kidsline. In the future we hope that we get to know them more. And we hope to get some ambassadors. Maybe they will sponsor us again.

Cool Comments
In Media Crew I enjoyed sandwich board duty, even though I looked ridiculous. I like working with the Branding Crew making flags, cutting the photocopies and sticking them on flag sticks. I do not regret choosing the Media Crew.
The Best Choice
Joining the Media Crew was the best choice I've made at school. It's fun doing emails, sandwich boards and facebook and blogs. Our teacher is a great media teacher. It's been a good time working with my media classmates.
Reflection
I enjoyed making the sandwich boards, it was fun. It was fun looking for places to create tattoos, wristbands, flags and bandanas. We were going to do bandanas but we couldn't find a place to print them.
New Ways.....
In the Media Crew I learned a lot about sending emails to other people so they would know what advertising we were doing for the show. My favourite part of the Media Crew was helping to come up with ways to tell people We Have A Message. And why we were coming up with these ideas.
Media Crew and Miss Tafa
I enjoyed being in the Media Crew because I wrote a lot of emails to Miss Tafa about what we have been doing. I enjoyed doing work on the computer and i-pads.
What I Did While I Was in the Media Crew
While I was in the Media Crew I have learned many things like how to post comments on the school blog and facebook. I think the hardest thing was that we always had to come up with new things to put on the blog to keep everyone updated with what is happening. The Media Crew teacher was great because she taught us everything about media. My favourite part of being on the Media Crew was creating a sandwich board and walking around the school and talking to people about WHAM.
Flashback
While I was in the Media Crew I learned about where we can get the things we needed. I loved working on the i-pads and laptops. I liked going to the PACTT group and explaining what our jobs were.
The Final Rotation
In the Media Crew I enjoyed it when I put on my sandwich board. In the Media Crew I also learned how to make wristbands on youtube. I enjoyed going to the ICT suite. I enjoyed researching about temporary tattoos.
Media Crew WHAMMED Up!
In the Media Crew I learned how to upload photos on to the blog. I enjoyed making my sandwich board and wearing it around. The merchandise is on sale in the hall at Stanhope Road School. They are selling wristbands, tattoos and flags. I enjoyed researching about wristbands. We are the Media Crew. WHAM!
The Media Crew
I loved being in the Media Crew because we work like a team and come up with good ideas. We came up with the big ideas. Media stick together and we have fun when we do our work. And I think you are going to have fun.
Advertising
Today the boys were out and about advertising tattoos, wristbands, and flags. Each boy had 5 wristbands to show other children. Merchandise can be bought in the hall from 8.30am onwards on Thursday and Friday.

On Thursday we went to the PACTT class and told them what we are doing. We told them about going in the newspaper, on sandwich boards, facebook, tattoos, flags, emails to Miss Tafa, the show, radio, photos and and the blog.
They gave us some advise. They asked us questions too.

Student comments
In the Media Crew I have written blogs and researched the cost of wristbands, tattoos and flags. I know how to find the Media Crew blog. I learned how to upload photos on to the blog. I've enjoyed working with people to write blogs. I have sent an email to Dynamic Gifts. I've enjoyed designing a sandwich board.
What has happened?
In the Media Crew we learned how to upload photos on to the blog. I learned how to make my own tattoos and wristbands. And I've done a lot of searching about wristbands, tattoos and badges. I enjoyed going to the ICT Suite. The exciting part was when MAI FM said they will put WHAM in Mai Panui. I did some work for the Media Crew so WHAM will be exciting!!!
